Help with new build

I have around £400 to spend - £420 max and need a mb/cpu/memory/case and monitor. (sticking with my 8800gtx for a while longer)

I think a low quad core amd phenom and 4gb is the way to go, I only play wow and some other mmo/rts stuff.

But any advice would be nice

A dual core would be fine as most game sonly use 2 cores
