help with new build

am looking for some one to help me build a pc as i have no idea just a list of components and all fittings and fixings fans ex i will need to build it i have a keyboard mouse and monitor the pc must have the following

1)cost £1000 max

2) be water cooled so all piping and fixings for the cooling system must be on the list as well would like to water cool CPU ram and VGA if possible but VGA not that important as will not be playing games Thai much 5 hours a week max and they are not high demanding games

3) every thing must be from overclockers

no this is a big ask for some to help but thanks in advance

thank you for your quick replies i do not need a os and like the fact of water cooling maintenance is no problem will be using it for the net general pc operations not much gaming thanks again could push to £1100 budget if that helps and no need for a dvd drive

thank eddyc for the info any chance you can help spec a pc up that is water cooled as i have the money and just want to do it as like you said should be fun just need the help with all the parts don't need os mouse keyboard speakers or monitor
