In the process of trying to build a new PC (just the tower) but a little unsure what components would be best.

The requirements:

-Photo & video editing
-Gaming
-OS required

Budget of £400.

Any input appreciated.

I think you are asking quite a bit for the budget you have.

Do you do a lot of photo/video editing? Do you do a lot of gaming?

With Win7 aswell, it is getting a bit pricey.

OP, i'd look in the members market (i think it should be available) for cheaper second hand parts, also do you have anything you could re-use.
