Help with new CPU

When I start up, the BIOS says the CPU clock speed is 200 Mhz. It's and AMD Athlon 3500, and should be at 2.2 Ghz. In the BIOS, there is a drop down list, set to default automatically, that has multiplaiers, up to "x11 2200MHZ", should I just select that and save?

Edit - u sure its not 200 fsb. Didnt think multis went down to 1.

set to 11 (multi) x 200 (bus speed) = 2200 MHz (clock speed) and jobs a good'n

Yes I am sure it is not 200 FSB.
It even says, "CPU Clock Speed: 200MHZ"
