edit: couple more questions... Do ineed a fan controller? i think my case has 6 fans + 3 for my triple rad? or ? Which 120mm fans do you reccomend, i've got 2 atm.

You dropped the case?

I have a vertex 2e and I have no complains. Does what its suppose to do (speed up windows and apps). I am running at 2/3 capacity wiht a couple of games and all my apps.

For the motherboard, seems a bit too fancy for my liking. I like the looks, but I'm not sure what it does to the temperature of the motherboard components underneath.

MSI GD65 Gigabyte UD4 or ASRock Extreme 6.

I like the ASRock but it's expensive. Looks good too.

I would go for the MSI, has all it needs and it's cheaper. But if you want something in the league of the Sabertooth, that would be Extreme 6.

A water cooler would be no problems, but I'd be a bit more cautious with a big air cooler. Those VRM heatinks are HUGE.

will the ram fit? the case im using is the Lian Li A70B

Edit: i heard the MSI boards were a pain in the ass to overclock ?

got all the parts except ssd which ocuk messed up. Can someone reccomend a gaming keyboard + mouse for around £50-120. Cheers.

EDIT: how many power cables should i be using? i can only see the need to use 2-4.. maybe i should have gone modular.
