So after 8 years, my first gaming PC has popped its clogs.
So, since I'm got a proper income this time round I thought I'd splash out a bit and aim for a system that is quiet (the last one sounded like a small aircraft!) and powerful, with the option to expand later if needs be e.g.
Usage wise I tend towards grand-strategy (thing Sup Com and planetary annihilation et al.), binges of modded minecraft, and acting as host for LAN games will be a staple, and I'm also considering doing more streaming/video stuff. Outside of gaming I used to do some heavy data-driven work, but my current role doesn't involve this. However, I'd like the possibility of expanding the system to cope with this in the future.
So for a princely £1,800.78 what's peoples opinions of this build for meeting those requirements?
