Help with next upgrade

Looking to upgrade mobo cpu and ram soon from an i5 3570k
On a as rock extreem4 gen 3 mobo with 16 gig corsair vengeance ram.
I will.be keeping my Psu my ssd my hard drives and my 970
What would be a worthwhile decently priced upgrade?
I play mainly cs go but also play a lot of other games on and off, I stream and make YouTube content so looking for something to cover all bases. Any help is great thanks.

gamingwise I don't think you will notice any difference in upgrading the mobo cpu and keeping the 970, cant comment on video content

cs go is cpu limited - the faster the better.

Have a look at this benchmark and see if the results are good enough to justify the upgrade.
