Help with Noise coming from PC

Around September 2010 i purchased the Titan Nero from overclockers, it was all fine and had these specs:
AMD Anthlon x2 245 @2.90GHz
Gainward GTS250 1024MB
4GB DDR3 RAM
500W PSU - Not sure what make anyone know? which PSU was used back then?

The thing is for the pass few months my pc has been pretty loud, its just humming.
Then a few days ago i put in a new CPU a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and the noise has gotten even worse, when i game like on bad company the noise is so loud i can hear it through my headphones, i think its coming from my PSU but i cant tell really. Since i bought the pc i have never cleaned the fans

My question is how could i reduce the noise? and anyone know the make of my PSU that was used in the titan nero around 8 months ago?
 
Try cleaning the heatsinks, they could be clogged up with dust. Cleaning them can do wonders with the temps and noise.
 
The thing is now the cpu temp and the gpu temps are fine the cpu idles at like 27 and the gpu at like 55 and under load the cpu is around 45
