I have replace my mb for a asus Rampage III Extreme.
This has allowed me to OC my i7 920 d0 straight to 4.2Ghz so easily and it seems it will do more.
One question the RAM speed on the Rampage only lets me choose fixed speeds (currently 1603), at the next selection (2000) the machine will not boot even with RAM voltage upped. - Any ideas?
Currently the temps will raise to 80C when running IBT, but it passes OK and around 48 Idle on air.
So can you guys also recommend a decent Watercooling setup.
I have a ATI HD5870 and would also like to add another one in crossfire and currently have 6GB of ram.
Would look to water cool the CPU, the MB and the two graphics cards.
The options in the store confuse me so I need help please.
