hey guys need urgent help.
my mum went to order me a complete system off the website.
she went to pay all in one instead of credit. she explained to me how they asked her for ID etc and she said she had a right carry on. is this normal or out of the ordinary?

thank you very much
Rowan

When I pay for something through the website you enter the usual credit card details and address, then my bank uses the Verified system were I enter a user name.

What type of questions did they ask or what details meeded.

i dont know. my mum just rang me saying she might not be able to buy it as they were asking loads of security questions etc. i asked if she had made an account and things. i will have to ask her in more detail about what was asked for

ok this is kind of a bump but i might have realised something. since its an xmas present she might be saying she cant get it so it is more of a suprise at christmas. But to clarify anyone who has bought a full system and has payed in cash not credit did you get asked lots of questions?

maybe there something like orders number/e-mail confirmation!

Last time I bought laptop, I was asked for my e-mail, order number and Name with address!

ok thanks. maybe she could just be lieng to give me a suprise :P

or maybe she has decided that you are an ungrateful brat and she's not actually gonna buy you anything!! :p

only kidding,

yea she's probably just trying to be a typical mother and surprise you.....remember to act surprised and jump around a lot on christmas day!!

wish i wasn't too old for my mum to be buying me surprise christmas presents, the only surprise i get now is the actual colour of the jumper and type of aftershave i always get :(
