Help with Outlook express

I've a problem on a Users PC

Outlook express crashed while switching identities.

The user rebooted his PC

When starting outlook express the process runs, but the application window doesn't appear.

Also the Process proceeds to start consuming RAM at a very fast rate.

Anyone come accross this before and know how to solve it?

Nope, found the problem before I got that far,

The users inbox had become corrupt for some reason, deleted it and forced a download of the mail again from the server
