Help with Overclockiing a 3820

Looking for a bit of help and advice OC'ing my Cpu.

Cpu: 3820
Mobo: Asus P9X79 Pro.
Ram: Samsung Green 4x4GB
Cooler Noctua D14.

Looking in the Ai Tweaker, there is no Turbo Ratio to adjust the multiplier, only Sync All Cores. But this only allows me to set the cores at 44, so am I correct in assuming I need to raise the BLCK.
When I go back into Windows, Cpuz only shows 4.3Ghz.

hey, i used to own a 3820 and i believe the max multi it would do is x43. The next thing to do is change the cpu strap to allow it to go further. I was using the 125 strap when i did it.

Was using x37 multi and 125 strap on mine to achieve 4625mhz.
