Hello Everyone, finally got onto the forum after having to make lots of email accounts to get signed up :) But i'm here now and its all good.

Right With my motherboard i don't have any overclocking options in the bios, My motherboard being a Msi K9AGM2-FIH, http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=&cat3_no=&prod_no=1165
its on the AMD® 690G chipset.

So what i would like to know is that, is there any program that i can use to overclock my cpu i think cpu-z or something like that didn't have my motherboard on it.

Another thing is that i'm on Vista 64 home prem. And i cannot update the bios. When i go to run the program thing that you d/l it comes up with ...

Thanks, vinnie

Hi and welcome :)

You can probably try nTune for overclocking. But I've no idea how effective it would be with your board.

Is there an option in the BIOS to flash it from there? You may need a floppy drive to take advantage of that option if it is there.
