Help with overclocking

Hey,
i havn't really overclocked before so i need a little help.

My motherboard is the DFI DR Expert
My CPU is the AMD X2 4800 with stanard fan and heat sink

I don't want to overclock it loads just a bit more than it is standard...

It's not productive if we just give you settings as you really have to know what you are doing when overclocking so that you don't break anything. My guide is on P7 (look for orange writing) of the Overclocking guides sticky - it's quick and to the point. Read it and get a basic understanding and then ask any questions you need.
