Help with PC build

So my dad is finally deciding to upgrade his 5ish year old PC. I've put together a few things that I think would be a good buy and was just wanting to run it by people here to see what they think.

These are the main parts, he would just re-use his HDD (which he acutally upgraded a year or two ago) and I have an 5770 lying about which could go in as well.

Total cost looks to be around £250, and I would also probably try and get a copy of Windows 7.

Does this seem like a good build?
