in a word no, well maybe but so slow it might as well be no.

stick to cs 1.6 on that chipset.
Well i have 512mb and it runs Condition Zero really well. Around 40 fps. With a ram upgrade to 2gb would i be able to run source then?

You might be able to run it, but it'll be far from playable, and upgrading anything would be completely wasted on integrated graphics.

I looked on the bay and people are selling laptop graphics cards. But as far as i know its not possible to change laptop graphics cards. Is there any way i can buy a card and fit it?

Should be able to run Football Manager 2007 on that spec, so quite why you'd bother with Championship Manager I'm not sure :p

I would doubt that the laptop mobo has the capacity to take a GFX card if it comes built with an integrated one. You would have to take the thing apart and check for space. This being a waste of time because im almost certain there won't be space.

Sorry :(

You might be able to play things like q3, they still have a good online community ( & its better CSS & battlefield  )

Edit: Unless its an external one, I don't know anything about laptops, blah :D

You mean the MXM (Mobile PCI Express Module) graphics cards?

You could check on the system specs for you notepad on-line, but I doubt it comes with the necessary port unless it was a premium model.

Some site I just googled, MXM-upgrade

no way, forget it

sell your laptop on ebay and use the money to buy components to build a pc. DO NOT BUY FROM HIGHSTREET.
£400-500 will buy you a pc that will play those games nicely.

you can ask the guys in general hardware to speck you a cheap gaming machine.

Nah I just mean that's still pretty low and it will definately have troubles running Source, 2142 and C&C3 judging from CZ's fps. ;)
Oh right lol!! i thought 40 fps was good. Looks like i'll have to stick to PC gaming for Source. lol
