help with pci card. (9250SE PCI)

right, i've got a x1900xt installed which is linked up to 2 monitors (dell 2007wfp and a 26" HDTV). just got a 9250se pci graphics card so i could run another monitor aswell. i've installed the latest drivers (omega version) for the x1900xt, then ive just installed cat 6.5's (because it says the latest drivers don't support the 9250) and the monitor on the pci card is going slow. webpages lag when opening, and its impossible to watch any video on it as it skips 90% of the frames, (really really jumpy).
so i don't know what to do, or if its just how bad the card is.

its ok sorted it out now. got it to play movies fine so put the hdtv on the 9250 card and the other monitor back on my x1900xt.
