All my PC has been running fine.

I have changed the Radiator fans to Corsair high static versions and again its been fine till today.

I was actually playing Eve online and could see via Realtemp I was at 41 degrees celcius and all working ok when system switched off.

However there was still power on motherboard - system was off for like a minute or two then started up again.

Booted into Windows and then did it again.

So I booted into BIOS and could see system temps at 43C and CPU 41C.

Then it did it again from BIOS.

To me this seems like a thermal cut out and I am wondering what is cutting out Motherboard or does the PSU have a thermal cut out.

So I turned all my fans onto FULL speed and tried it again and it has just failed as above.

Specs.

Gigabyte Z87-X-OC MB
I7-4770K CPU running at 4000MHz @ 1.176V
16GB Avexir 2400MHz RAm @ 1.656v
Seasonic 1250W PSU
2 x EVGA 780 TI in SLI
Watercooled with EK CPU block & EK VGA blocks
EK 140 Pump & RES
240 Res with 2 x Corsair PWM High Performance 120 fans - Push out top of case
360 Radiator with 3 x Corsair PWM High Performance 120 fans - Pull in case
1 x 140 Alpenhorn Red Clover (Case exit)
Corsair 540 Carbine case

Sitting typing this and system now sitting at BIOS with system temp at 34C and CPU 29C.

Also took case side off where PSU is just to see if it is PSU...It felt quite warm but not red hot.

Help and Ideas please.

OK maybe its not an overheat problem - just un-overclocked to default RAM speeds and CPU and so far ok.

Weird that this system runs Prime95 OK and crisis 3 etc but Eve is killing it.

Well more testing un-clocked and then I will have to try the RAM at 2400 and see if that holds up.
