Should be fine but it does depend on what other components you have. If you are buying new, it wouldn't hurt to get a 600w+.

Im not sure if anyone asked, but I assume your Windows is 64bit ? (required for 4GB ram)

No 32 bit, why is 64 bit required for 4gb ram.

not a problem for me really, can get a 64 bit windows 7.

64 bit better and look at xfx or corsair psu

With windows 7 32 bit - 4GB of total system memory is the limit. This includes graphics memory - so including a 1GB video card you can only address a maximum of 3GB system RAM with 32bit Win 7. Hence if you plan to install more RAM then you really want to move over to 64 bit.

The OCZ StealthXStream 2 600W is a good PSU for money and go Win 7 64bit.

gonna go with the Be Quiet Pure Power 530W PSU

will do the job, got all the connectors and is very quiet.
