HELP WITH PSU

Can anyone check the spec of my intended pc build.
INTEL E6750
Gigabyte motherboard GA-P35C-DS3R
Coolermaster Cavalier 3 case
Crucial 2GB Kit (2x1GB) Ballistix Memory DDR2 PC2-6400
160GB Samsung HD160HJ SATA II 300 7200rpm

Will a Corsair VX 450W ATX PSU (CMPSU-450VXUK be ok or do i need a more powerful PSU?

Any help will be great, I`ve go a £450-£500 budget.

Hey, welcome to the forums

The power supply will heavily depend on what graphics card you decide to run with the system. It's something like a 2900 XT then you aren't going to be able to get away with the 450W VX I doubt, but if it's something like the x1950 Pro then you will be okay.

I`m only running a Geforce 7300gt 256mb, I Don`t play games on PC but I want to do some video encoding from HD souce to WMV for play back on Xbox 360. What PSU would you recommend?
