Hi All,

Slowly working my way through my new watercooling loop and have decided my original choice of the XSPC dual bay pump/ res won't work well in my Silverstone TJ10.

So I'm now thinking maybe a tube res pump combo is the way to go?

I really like the bitspower Z-Multi 250mm tank, and have seen this on other peoples builds with a D5 pump fitted directly to the bottom. What components do I need to do this, as I'm struggling a little to work out what pump top/ adapter kit etc I would need.

manyt hanks for any advice!

Hi All,

Questions kinda irrelevant now.

For simplicity I went with the OCUK tech labs XSPC D5 Vario Pump & EK-D5 X-RES 140 CSQ.

Just hope the missus never finds out how much I've now spent on this........

Thanks mate,

Good to know.

It wasn't till i offered up the dual bay res that I realised it was going to make my tubing route very awkward, not to mention mean no optical drives.

Tube res definitely seems to be the way to go. Did you use the foam thingy in yours? I'd have thought it would reduce flow?

haven't used the foam thing, wasn't sure if i would need to, but yeah i thought the same. they say in the instructions only to put it in if you get air bubbles being introduced or excessive swirling. whatever that looks like. but as it seems fine i left it without ;)
