Hi i'm just about to upgrade my old system of 4 years to a 1700x with an x370 taichi mobo.
I haven't built in a long time and wanted to know if my choice of RAM will be compatible with this motherboard and experiences with it from anyone who has the same. I wanted to buy the Team Dark Pro "8Pack" 3200MHz CL14 2x8gb kit.

Will that work?

It'll be fine but are you sure it's worth the considerable premium over other 3200mhz kits? Are you going to be clocking the nuts out of it?

There Samsung B-Dies and they are the ones generally recommended for Ryzen I believe, the following checker was posted in another thread earlier today that will give more options.

Use Samsung B-Die finder to find out if that's kit is B-Die , if not and if it carries a large price tag would think about looking for another brand with RGB and B-Die .
If it was Intel then you can just slap anything in easier haha
