Help with RMA direct to Geil

Anyone had any luck with RMA direct to Geil?

I emailed the Taiwan and USA support email addresses over a week ago but haven't had a response.

I have the Geil DDR550 Ultra-X 1GB kit and it doesn't run anywhere near DDR550 regardless of BIOS settings used so I'm hoping to get them replaced. I have the receipt and it's supposed to be a lifetime warranty but it's no good to me if they don't respond to emails!

Did you use the web form to submit the RMA or email [email protected] and what was it you had to RMA?

turboshed: What postal method did you use to send your Geil memory to Taiwan and how much was it/what did you send? Also have you received your replacement modules yet or heard how long it'll take?

I'm still waiting on Geil's RMA guy to get in touch. Was over a week ago he was supposed to email me so I've emailed them again.
