Help with Ryzen 5 Setup

Looking to pick up a desktop for both gaming as well as productivity tasks such as game dev etc. Currently looking at a few builds which are going for more or less the same price, would be great to know what people recommend.

1st Build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX580 8Gb
RAM: Klevv Bolt X 16Gb DDR4 3200Mhz memory
Motherboard: MSI A320M Pro Max
Storage: Torosus 256Gb Gen3 M.2 NVME primary drive + 2x Western Digital 1Tb HDD’s in RAID 0 (2Tb usable)
PSU: Aerocool Cylon 700w semi modular power supply
Cooling: AMD Wraith Prism ARGB CPU cooler
Case: BitFenix Phenom Micro ATX case 5x PWM ARGB fans

2nd Build:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x with a be quiet dark rock pro 4 cooler
GPU: gtx 970
Motherboard: ASRock ab350 gaming-itx/ac
RAM: Crucial Ballistic 16gb @3200 (new)
Storage: 240GB Kingston SSD (new) and Seagate 2tb HHD (new)
Case: NZXT H210 mini itx in matte black
PSU: be quiet 9 600w power supply

3rd Build:
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Gpu:rx 570 8gb
Motherboard: B450 motherboard
RAM: 16gb ram ,3200 MHz
Storage: 1 tb storage


Setting up my first gaming/productivity desktop so any advice on these builds would be greatly appreciated

Oops, just updated it. 2nd is gtx 970, 3rd is RX 570 8gb
