Ok about to send this thing back its annoying me

Anyone have one of these, is there anyway to make it more secure in its stand. It seems to me to just sit on the neck of the stand and nothing more so when you lift the monitor to move it that stand gets left behind.

Hoping I'm being a complete noob and there is some magic way to get it to click in

think I will be watching this post too as I have just ordered one of those!

Disapoints me that the monitor has no way to wall mount :( - is that correct?

That doesn't sound right. Could you take a photograph? Is it the attacment of the neck to the monitor or the neck to the stand that's the issue? If it's the neck to the monitor (via the little bit of neck that's left on the monitor and is fixed) that it sounds as if the plastic has been warped or was malformed at the factory - it should be quite a tight fit and the stand shouldn't just come off like that.

Noticed that I have the same style base on my Sammy monitors in work so pulled the monitor from base and seen what I am missing

Checked the box and there is nothing in there lose, and their is not mention of this part being needed during the installation instructions

Think I will email OC guys and see if they have one then can post me, really don't want to RMA this thing just for that small part being missing

The screen itself it stunning once you set it up, wasn't plug and play though had to mess around with scaling in CCC to get it working, which required a trip to Google
