Help with screws on log cabin kit

Morning. I've got a 3x4m, 45mm log cabin kit. The instructions are very simple and I've no issues with the construction.
They have provided a box of nails and screws and I'm just unsure which to use where.

The log cabin has 45x70mm floor beams around the perimeter which half lap at the corners.
Between them there are 45x45mm floor joists.

There are t&g floor and roof boards.

It's my understanding that the cabin construction does not use any fixings, even to the roof purling etc.

I have a separate bag of nails which I know of for the separate felt tiles.

The box contains:
1200 2.5mmx60mm small round head nails.
100 6mmx180mm long screws with half shank unthreaded.
50 6mmx100mm long screws with half shank unthreaded.
100 3.5mmx40mm short full thread screws.

Can any one offer some advice? Would massively help me out as the online store is closed weekends.

Thanks. Dan

Basically the kit is by NIDA and the model number is 012-3040 with 3040 denoting the size.
Bought via summergardenbuildings.co.uk. link

I called another company who sell NIDA and he said they don't use the provided box of screws or nails when they are installing. They don't use the nails either as find them too long but said they'll likely be for the floor and roof boards.
He said the super long ones will be to put through the purlins into the top logs but unsure why there's so many screws for that.

I've used 10 of the medium ones for the foundation beams.

Not sure what the short screws are for but I've used 8 on the corner foundation beams for the half laps; now it's square.

My log cabin had some long screws about 150mm or so that were for joining one log to the next if there was a warped log. I think I had to do it on one log to pull/hold it in place. Maybe two.

There are screws involved in the window and door frames also, and the roof boards.

Mine is a garage so is on a concrete base so none there. We did screw down the bearers though. I think we screwed the first course of logs to the bearers as well.
