Help with server OS downloads

I need to load a server OS onto a 32 bit machine. I only need it for the evaluation period. I have two questions.

I cannot locate 2003 server anywhere on the MS web site. Can anyone provide a link?

Or preferably. Is there a 32 bit version of 2008?

If you want 32 bit get Server 2008 Enterprise - it supports 64GB of RAM despite being 32bit

Why do you need 32 bit?

32 bit CPU. It's an old laptop, this is a temporary setup while I evaluate some software.

For the record (as far as I'm aware), Server 2008 R2 is 64-bit only whereas Server 2008 'classic' supports 32-bit too.

Thanks Pho - I'll do some hunting around for 2008 classic. To be honest 2003 would do the job but I cannot locate a download anywhere on the MS web site. Maybe they've pulled the download - though I don't think MS would usually do such a thing.

2003 is ancient. You might as well get used to 2008 as support for 2003 will be dropped in 2015.

Hi Kia - agreed, however I'm already very used to 2008

The only machine I have at my disposal for evaluation purposes it a 32 bit Toshiba Tecra laptop, hence the 'make do' with 2003 server since I cannot get my hands on 2008 32.

As Pho said, 2008 (non R2) comes in both 32 and 64bit flavours so the link SoundsGood gave will do the job nicely
