I have some free shares in Tesco. 135 to be exact, with each share worth £4.14
If I was to leave the company, what would I get according to these figures?

2010- 15 shares £62.10
2009- 40 shares £165.60
2008- 40 shares £165.60
2007- 40 shares £165.60
Total £558.90
Now there are two extra columns, one says:
1. Earliest date free from income tax and national insurance.
2. Earliest date income tax and national insurance payable.
All of my shares have a future date in the first category and in the second category only 2007 says now. What does this all mean?
I'm guessing it means I have £62.10 free from tax / N.I but the other £496.80 will be taxed at 20% meaning in total I'll have £397.44 + £62.10 = £459.54?
Here is the small print : When shares are removed from the plan they will not be subject to capital gains tax at that point they exit the plan, however you may have to pay income tax and national insurance if the shares removed are less than 5 years old.
