Help with Sky DG934G wifi issues

Hi, am wondering if anyone can assist me today?

My nan has a Sky Dg934g router and I can connect to router using LAN cable and have gone in to the router settings. Checked settings and all is set up ok (i've starred out the IP address etc)

But for some reason when I use 2 different laptops (1 with Win7 and 1 with Win 8.1) both devices connect to the Sky SSID but then they do not connect to the internet. I don't know why. It says SKY11606 - LIMITED ACCESS ??

Anyone know what is causing the issue?

I have and it's still the same. The issue is the wifi connection is saying LIMITED access. On both a win 8.1 laptop and win 7 laptop.

Tried pinging out?

Looking at your config, you may be giving the DHCP clients 90.207.238.99 as their DNS server, which isn't responding to DNS queries at the moment.

Found the issue.......

I found an old TP-LINK WiFi extender in the house was causing all the issues as soon as I unplugged it everything connected.
