Help with Skyplayer please.

Hi all,

Not sure where to post this but figured here was as good a place as any. Basically, when I try to log in to Sky Player on the Sky Website it tells me;

1) My profile is incomplete
2) Error Code 259

Unfortunately, my profile is complete and I cannot seem to find a reference to this error code 259 anywhere. If anyone else has experienced this problem and has possibly solved it could you help me out please? Any and all ideas are welcome.

have you checked on the skyuser site? they have a dedicated board for sky player http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-player/

found it pretty helpfull when i was setting it up on my pc.
