Help with skyrim bug please.

Been having this problem since i got the game. ive made this post before but nothing has worked. The problem only happens in certain places. black lines start to go across my screen, my character jumps up and down aswell as anything thats near me and i hear water splash noises. Has anyone found a way to fix this as i know other people are having the same problem.

Heres a screen shot which probably wont help at all as they dont seem to capture any of the black lines.

If the screen shot doesn't capture the black lines then are they not on your monitor?

na lol, its a weird bug, not had anything like it before. only happens when my guy keeps jumping up and down. its like theres water ramdomly scattered about the place. he sometimes goes that high he plummets to his death.

If the black lines aren't in the screenshot, they're most likely rendered in an overlay. Have you tried changing display drivers, disabling graphical features outside of the game etc?

EDIT: Just read the part about your character climbing water before dropping to his death, LOL. Don't think the video card translation could cause that!
