Spec: 5930k, Fatal1ty X99M, 1080ti, custom loop, 850w PSU, 32GB vengeance at stock.

I never stress test as I just use until it crashes then I'll tweak. I've recently started getting screen freeze in Assassin's Creed that I can sometimes resolve with ctrl-alt-del but sometimes I'll need to hard reset. So I put the GPU and CPU to stock settings and I've run Realbench stress test and it's frozen after 10mins. I got out with ctrl-alt-del that time but now I'm scratching my head.

Any ideas?

Run hci mem test to check mems first. At 2133mhz then xmp.

Then prime 26.6 or similar to check cpu.

Then something like Valley to mainly stress gpu.

You need to pinpoint the issue.

I ran MemTest with the system at BIOS defaults and it went to 125% with no errors @ 2133. I then loaded XMP1 and repeated, again no errors.
I ran Prime 26.6 overnight; no errors
I tested with Firestrike looping on combined test @ Ultra; no issues
I ran AC:O for an hour; no errors.

I then put the overclock back on the CPU (4.4GHz @ 1.3v), and repeated memTest with the memory set to XMP1

What's my next move? Test the overclock with memory @ 2133MHz?
