right ive installed vista and been lookin for a solution to this ever since. the problem is that i gonly get output from one speaker and not the other, ive reinstalled the realtek vista drivers and checked all conections at the back of the puta. does anyone no what is up.

This happened to me yesterday but on XP. All i could put it down to was a windows update as that's all that's changed on my system. A reboot sorted it for me.
S'pose you have rebooted though but it may be worth looking at your last few windows updates.
