Help with spec, £550 maximum budget

Hi,

A friends son has a maximum budget of £550 to get himself the components for a new machine.

Usage wise, he plays WoW, minecraft, some online shooters etc on a 32" LCD TV

He will need everything except for a PSU & OS (he has a 600w seasonic and W7 Home premium).

I keep going round in circles, ill build it no problems but really am struggling with speccing it up for him.
