Help with spec of build

A workmate is really into the small stuff with mass power. He's just finished his rig and we compeared it to mine.

He's now going to try and beat my full sized rig and im to beat his mini. I've no idea where too start here but i do know the brains will be

Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155

Case, i've always used Lian Li's, something about them.

So i need some help on mobo. Whats going to allow me to overclock that 2600K to the max?

There will be an ssd, water cooling, then the biggest most powerfull GFX or GFX's i can possibly fit into the case

Id probably start with:

MSI Z68MA-ED55
Asus P8P67-M PRO

The Z68MA-ED55 looks like it would be a pretty good clocker for an MATX.

As for case, probably the Lian Li PC-V354B

Pretty darn small but can fit any GPU on the market atm + possible water cooling.

Then you'll have to join the queue of us waiting on Z68/P67 ITX boards.

If you want to Max power then Z68 mATX board + 6990/590 quadfire/quadSLi is surely the best mix of power and size.

Or depending on how you are measuring the power and your budget some Nvidia Tesla Cards
