help with spec

hi all i am looking at building my self a PC but have no idea at all so was hoping some kind person would help me put one together as in spec and i will build it my self just need a list of all the components i am going to need as in every last little thing i wii need i only have 4 things it must have if possible

1) budget £1000 max
2) water cooled cpu ram and vga if possible on this budget
2) all parts must be from overclocks of course
4) hd LCD monitor 19" AT LEAST (optional)

will be used for some gaming but not a lot would like to be fast as HELL and look nice

no this might be a big ask for so one but thanks in advance

With money saved from the peripherals (I assume you currently have them all ) you could get the HD6950 specified in Post#1 - even faster!

I agree just depends on how often and heavy "some gaming" is. 200 notes on an hour a week is OTT the 6870 is more than capable of a decent gaming session.
