I was trying to attach the connectors for the HDD LED, Reset Switch, System Speaker, Suspeneded LED, Power-On Switch and Power LED, but when I tried to connect them to the motherboard (Abit IP35-E) on the pins I couldn't recognise the positive (+).

The pins have the names written on (HLED, RST... ect.) and beneath is nothing but an arrow. Is the arrow the positive sign?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

all the times i've connected the connectors to the motherboard if done it so the writing is facing down (to the bottom of the case (in 'normal' cases), and i've never had a problem so far

If it doesnt come on, just reverse the connector. It wont damage anything. It doesnt matter with switches or buttons, just LED's.

Ok thanks for helping me out. I noticed that I had two seperate small pins, one with a negative sign, the other positive. I assumed the white wires were all negative while the coloured ones were positive, (the arrow marks the positive as it seems). Only one pin had the writing looking up since the positive was on the other side (as shown on motherbaord).
