Hey all, sorry if this information is already posted, did a quick search and couldnt see anything, so here goes..

I recently bought the Titan Keypt with the 40GB intel SSD with it. I have windows installed to the SSD, and the 500gb drive as a data drive. Got all 'my documents' etc folders moved to the HDD no problem, but was wondering if there is any way of changing it so that programs default install location changes to the HDD instead of wanting to install to the SSD?

Also, any other tips for SSD/HDD running side by side that I should know?

My OS is Windows 7 home premium 64.

Thanks.

When you install stuff, just simply go to custom install and chance the drive letter from your SSD (Likely C) to your HDD (Likely D)

That registry edit doesnt work Phil, would not recommend trying it! When I tried it, ir rendered most of my windows programs unable to work, and I had to do a system restore using the Windows disk to access restore!

Apologies. Have never tried it myself but it seemed feasible.
