Help with streaming

Hello

I was wondering if anyone knows how to setup a streaming server under Windows Server 2008 that allows me to stream AVI files over the internet.

I have enough upload to do standard quality but i am limited to 512Kb/s at the downloading end. Also if there is any software that could make it easier than setting it up under windows server 2008.
