Help with system spec

I am currently running an AMD 3700+, Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, 2 gig of Geil PC3200 and a 512mb X1900XT. All in an Armor LCS with Fluid XP as the coolant.

At the end of next week I was thinking of going over to a Core 2 duo. I mainly use my system for playing games. Can anyone recomend me a motherboard memory and processor that will overclock to 3 gig for about £400?

I welcome any suggestions on improving on what I already have.

BTW. I am using a Laing pump with 3/8 tubing and my CPU, GPU and board are all liquid cooled.

Just got one of those upto 3Ghz on air today, so you should do it no problem with water

Thanks for the reply furnace. Is the OCZ memory better than 6400 Crucial Ballistix? As I have been told I can get that for £124.
