Help with system upgrade

Hi guys,

Been out of the scene for a while so going to update my pc.

Here are my current specs:-

Intel Core 2 duo E6300 LGA775
2GB Ram ddr333
primary hd 150gb sata
secondary hd 1.5 tb
Graphic card Geforce GT 440 1024mb

From what i can see i think my processor and memory are the bottle neck

Can anyone recommend me what to upgrade got £150 to £200 ish to spend was thinking upgrade memory to 4GB and a new processor but cant find any LGA775 processors been too long lol

any help would be great
 
- What do you do with it; game, web browsing, emails, etc?
- What RAM do you have; DDR2 or DDR3?
- What OS do you use?

If you game then a 7850 and a RAM upgrade (to 4/8GB, it's cheap as chips!) would probably benefit the most.

If you just do browsing and emails then I would grab a 4/8GB kit and a nice SSD (128GB Samsung 830).
