help with tigerwoods 07

hi ppl just wondering on tigerwoods in the skills window u have
power
power boost
driving accuracy
ball striking
approach
spin
putting
recovery
and at the the bottom theres what looks to be a club with an explosion around it on all the above i have max and on this onee i have none what is it and how do you get them .
