Hi Guys,

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro L450D-12X and were the power connector sits in
the case has broken so the connector is pushing into the case so I cannot charge
the laptop.

I wondered if anyone knows were I can get a replacement case for this laptop.

The connector inside the laptop is fine because its connected to the board via
2 wires and not directly soldered onto the motherboard.

Would be very great full if someone could help me out with this I did a google
search which came up with nothing.

Cheers guys

i would suggest that you use some platic weld epoxy 2 part glue and a graft of suitable plastic from something else to re-build the support. add some acrylic paint to it at time of mixing to get the colour match right. should cost you about £3 to fix

hardly worth buying a a new chassis for it. if it can not be found cheaply on ebay then you are probably looking at quite a bit of money if you have to order from toshiba, if they even still stock it.
