Help with tweaking a photo...

Well some of you may of seen my pictures from cambridge ( Click to see that thread ) and you may of seen the one of the punts, someone suggested that it needed tweaking. I have got PhotoShop CS but i am hopeless at tweaking photos. If any one could have a go that would be great. Theres not a lot you can do to the picture. The only thing i thought need doing was brighting the foreground slightly, especially the tree.
Who exactly told you it need tweaking and where??

yeh, that looks pretty good, thanks

. i also wondered if ne one could somehow get rid of the really bright reflections on the end of the punts??? any thing would be appriciated. thanks.
