Help with two monitors

Long story, so I'll cut it short.

I need get the control panel on my main monitor, the only problem is, when I open it it opens on my other monitor which is not working. I have the task bar at the bottom of my working monitor is all. I can't swap the cables around either to try and make the working monitor the primary.

Please don't make me explain, it's a very long story.

Select control panel using the task bar.

Hit Alt+Space to select the context menu.

Hit the m key to select move.

You can now move the window around using the arrow keys.

You can also try Win + Left and Right to use snap to bring it over

Winkey + p, either duplicate the screens or turn off the one that isn't working.
