help with underperforming 2mb connection???

hi there i have a 2mb tiscali connection and its seriously underperforming i have ran various speed tests and its rarely exceeds over 1mb does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening.

Rofl Ste_bla. I have Tiscali 2MB and i only get 1.1MB , can your line handle 2MB? Go to BT website and check what your line can receive.
