Help with upgrade. (£250 budget)

Have a bit of money to spend and I would like to upgrade my pc.

Current specs.

Asus M4A79XTD Evo
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955
ATI 5850
Corsair XMS3 4GB (one stick is dead. Currently running 2gb.)
Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB SATA-II

Thinking of buying the following.

OCZ Vertex 2E 60GB 2.5" SATA-II - £99
Corsair XMS3 4GB - £47 (will give me 6gb of ram then 8gb ram when I send my broken stick back.)

Is my MB up to scratch? Will I see big changes in speed going from the F1 to the vertex on this MB?

Any bottlenecks?

Budget £250.

Yeah therell be a massive difference in your boot/load times and general feel of windows and the like by getting the Vertex

What do you actually use PC for? as unless its editing large photo/video files or running lots of VMs or the like there wouldnt be any real benefit in getting 8 gig of RAM (I know one stick is broke atm just saying)

Shouldnt be any bottlenecks and yeah the mobo is fine

Only thing that pushes my system is games.
