Help with Upgrade from 2008 custome

Hi guys,

I built my own pc back in Oct '08. It's been ok for playing the latest games (20-25fps on med/high) as I've overclocked it. However I think it's time I upgraded. I'm aiming to get everything upgraded, however, the current Motherboard is DDR2 which may be an issue. Can anybody help me out at all? Here's the current components

Would it be better for me to start again or to add a few extra parts to get it running? Any advice would be great.

Edit: Budget is around £500 for a new build.
Edit2: PSU is currently http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-055-OC as my old one was pants!

Come up with the spec below, I upgraded your PSU as well.

You could get away with the OCZ PSU.
