help with upgrade questen

hi i'm looking to upgrade my graphics card , current card is a nvidia gtx295, which was ok untill the new direct 11 games came out , cod and fry cry 4.

can't make my mind up with either a single nvidia gtx970 card or

nvidia sli gtx760 set up ?

please advice , thanks for any help given .

motherboad : Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 AMD 990FX

ok, going to order either

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming 4096MB GDDR5

or

Inno3D GeForce GTX 970 "iChill Herculez X4 Air Boss Ultra" 4096MB

which is best ??

i think either card would fit , i have a

Antec 902 Nine Hundred Two case, also using a nvidia gtx295 card at the moment
