Help with Upgrade

Hey guys after playing SWTOR my memory is hitting 92-98% useage, so i want to upgrade from 4gig to 8gig. I need to know what mem I can put with it as that model don't seem to be available anywhere. and will it be okay to add to my current overclock.
I Have windows 7 64bit
700W

I have the Core i5 OC bundle @4.0Ghtz
MB is Gigabyte P55-USB3

Mem is CMD4GX3M2A1600C9 Corsair 1600 DDR3 Dominator 2x2GB

See i was unsure if it would be worth putting another 4gig in with my 4gig, but I guess looking at costs its prob less headache if you just put new 2x4gig sticks,

as my system is OCed would that mean getting lower volt mem would ensure better stability?
